If you follow me on Twitter, you already know why I've been unusually absent since Saturday. A dear friend of mine lost her three week old son late Saturday night. I took family pictures for them last Sunday, and even posted one of them, but I've taken the family shot down for now.
Yesterday was a day for mourning. It was a day for holding each other tight, acknowledging the eternal security of little Khaleb, and saying "NO!" to the enemies schemes. I have so much more to say about this, and our exciting and emotional two day journey, but it will have to wait until I am at least somewhat less delirious.
For now, I'll leave you with little Khaleb (they misspelled his name in the article)'s abbreviated birth story. The whole story is much more glorious, and I hope to have the opportunity to share it with you soon.
